It is a sad fact that, over the past decades, European young people’s knowledge of languages, as well as of culture and history, has diminished. Samalla kuitenkin muutosehdotuksessa n: o 25 asetetaan osallistumisen ehdoksi hyvä tai riittävä kielitaito. At the same time in amendment proposal No. 25 it says that it is necessary to have good or adequate knowledge of languages to be able to participate.
